Appreciating unnoticed flowers

And well shaven hedges.

Being held tight.

Merging strengths and resolve.

Hah!

Peace is a ship at harbor

Getting a tune up

For another vision-driven journey.

Peace is a simple ‘good morning Lord’

Cos you know you woke up

When he whispered your name.

Peace is a long day

You worked hard

And you feel fulfilled.

Peace is a gentle rustling of the wind

A sign from the clouds

That tells you to stay home under the sheets.

Peace is a simple flash from your mum.

When you return it,

You both know you’re both at peace.

Okay!

Peace is a sublime moment.

A dawning of calm emotions

A feeling of trust in elements beyond man.

Peace is an aroma of freshness

Building a bridge to the good ‘ol days

Making you cry and laugh at the same time.

Peace is an unseen energy

A blessing in disguise

A reserve of strength for mankind.

Peace is a weapon of war

Making your enemies cower

Winning battles you never knew existed.

Now!

When you miss the morning bus.

Think peace.

You shouldn’t miss that special person you

Were destined to meet.

When the rain makes you late.

Think peace.

Send a text and get more sleep.

When you are angry,

Think peace.

Go find a mirror and make faces at yourself.

When you feel stressed and tired or pressured,

Think peace.

You’ve survived this far- nothing should stop you now.

Peace is a powerful concept.

Peace is being calm within chaos.

Peace is a measure of maturity.

Peace is a world.

Peace is a place of rest.

Peace is an island of ease.

Peace is a corner away.

Peace is a flight of stairs.

Peace is a pathway.
